The Advisory Board of the Women Philanthropists for KU is matching all gifts, up to $6,000.

Even small awards can significantly reduce dropout rates and increase the likelihood of students staying enrolled and completing their studies. Since 2006, Women Philanthropists for KU has provided awards to more than 160 senior or graduate women experiencing financial hardship.

These women are outstanding scholars and student leaders—a neuroscience doctoral student, a recipient of the Undergraduate Research Award, a University Scholar, a Multicultural Business Scholar, a Global Scholar, a Self Graduate Fellow, even a National Institutes of Health (NIH) Scholar.

These women go on to become accomplished professionals—an attorney and partner at a law firm, a personal banker, a clinical pharmacist, an architectural designer, a professor of economics, a therapist, a flight controller for NASA.

Your gift will uplift and support the leaders of tomorrow by allowing them to continue their education and graduate from KU.
