The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Kansas provides intellectually engaging and enriching classes and events solely for the joy of learning. Our lifelong learners hail from diverse communities, and we focus on educating people 50 years of age and older. More than 1,500 people throughout 11 counties in Kansas and Missouri take part in Osher classes and events each year, studying everything from local history to philosophy to science and technology. No Osher class is more than $50, so that cost is not a barrier to anyone wanting to learn. Osher can keep costs low because of the support of generous donors and community partners.

Your support this year will help us raise funds to support new technology upgrades in our Osher classroom at our St. Andrew’s location. This new audio/visual equipment will make a lifetime of learning even more attainable for our students. Help us bring more joy to the communities we serve today!
